At Seven Counties Services, we believe that time off isn’t just a benefit; it’s a vital part of a healthy work-life balance. We offer generous vacation days, personal time, and flexible holidays that empower you to recharge and pursue your passions outside of work. Our commitment to your well-being means you can truly unplug, knowing that your time is respected and valued.
Vacation Days
Accrual begins immediately and is available to use after 6 months of employment. Accrue up to 15 days per year for up to 5 years of employment and up to 21 days per year for 5 or more years for employees working at least 20 hours per week. Carry over up to a maximum of a 160 hours.
Sick Days
Available immediately - 7 Days granted at the beginning of the year for employees working at least 30 hours per week. Unused sick time carries over annually with no maximum.
Personal Days
Available immediately - 24 hours granted at the beginning of the year for employees working at least 20 hours per week.
Holidays
Available immediately - 10 paid holidays per year for employees working at least 20 hours per week.

Everside Health - SCS
All Seven Counties Services medical plan participants have access to Everside Health as an add-on to your medical insurance. Everside Health offer same-day and next-day appointments at two Louisville health centers online or over the phone. You have 24/7 access to your Everside Health providers; services include primary care, urgent care, preventive care and lab work with low to no pocket costs. Other add-ons include free prescriptions for eligible medication and reward checks for choosing eligible lower-cost high-value providers.
This is the summary of benefits available to regular, full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week. Benefits begin the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment.
